I am a Certified Doula, Birth Coach, and Educator, Lactation Counselor, Certified Herbalist, and have attended additional courses regarding fertility, and nutrition. I have worked with mothers for seven years helping them navigate the world of holistic childcare, fertility, nutrition, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and bereavement. I am a mother of two young girls and bring my knowledge of current affairs and my own mothering experiences to my services.

My philosophy of birth is that it is designed to be a normal, natural process that your body was perfectly made to experience. Our desire as doulas is to support you in a way that allows and encourages you to achieve your goals and desires for birth, whatever they may be, as well as one that keeps mom and baby healthy.
