I’m Elizabeth Watson, a professionally trained birth doula currently completing certification with Birth Arts International. I’m a full spectrum doula, caring for you and your family from conception to postpartum, including miscarriage support. I have a passion for helping families navigate feeding choices, and am a wealth of practical information on lactation. I’m trained in massage, mindfulness, and self hypnosis for childbirth.

I’m a mom of three who has experienced cesarean, VBAC, and unmedicated birth, and has breastfed for over five years in total. I’ve also worked full time away from home and pumped, and navigated the dizzying array of formula options. I get it! My training and personal experience has led me to understand that every pregnancy, birth, and baby are unique, and my care for you always keeps this in mind.

As your doula, my guiding question is always, “how will they remember this?” I will always hold space for you to process and celebrate the life changing journey you’re on. Through connecting you with all available evidence based information and the freedom to listen to your own deepest wisdom, you as my client are empowered to make the best decisions for you and your family.
