I have a strenuous background in the healthcare field. My most recent being an EMT. Along the years, I have always been the friend or family member to be on the forefront when it came to bringing home new babies. It wasn't until recently when my cousin, who is a labor doula, suggested I put my strong, caring heart into what I really enjoy doing. As a postpartum doula, I assist with light housework, meal prep, and of course, helping with baby while Mom gets some much needed rest. I am here to help you get that balance back.
