    Practice overview

    I have been a birth Doula for 18 years, attending my first birth in 2003. I feel honored and blessed to be chosen by a family to support them through their pregnancy, labor and postpartum period… it truly is a transformative time for everyone. My philosophy is that you get to decide how you give birth, and what interventions or not that you use. I’m here to help you make your best, informed choices, do that you can feel confident and secure in the moment. I have nearly two decades and hundreds of births of experience to help you in those vulnerable moments- and knowledge to help if things aren’t moving as smoothly as we would hope. I have been trained in many modalities to help support any birth process.

    Birth Doula Care
    $ 2150
    I only accept a MAX of 2 on call birth Doula clients per month to ensure that I will be at your birth, and so that I always have energy and focus for YOU. My pricing reflects lower patient load.

    Postpartum Doula Care
    $ 35 /hr
    In home postpartum doula care is $25-$45/hr
    Overnight Doula Care
    $ 45 /hr
    In home overnight postpartum care. 6 hour max shift.
    Placenta Encapsulation Service
    $ 275
    Placenta Encapsulation Service- I turn your placenta into a postpartum food supplement to aid in your postpartum recovery!
    Moroccan or Standard Belly Binding
    $ 175
    Belly binding to support your body as it recovers postpartum. Belly bind, home visit and Ayurvedic leg massage included.
