    Birth Doula Support
    $ 1000
    Includes consultation to get to know each other and for me to better understand how I can support you, two prenatal visits, unlimited text and phone support leading up to birth for questions or concerns, evidence-based resources and information, on call availability starting at 38 weeks, continuous support throughout labor, birth, and up to 2 hours postpartum at birth location to help establish breastfeeding (if you choose) and answer questions, and one postpartum home visit.

    Virtual Birth Doula Support
    $ 300
    Includes Zoom consultation to get to know each other and for me to better understand how I can support you, two virtual prenatal visits, unlimited text and phone support leading up to birth for questions or concerns, evidence-based resources and information, text/phone/video support throughout labor, birth, and up to 2 hours postpartum to answer questions, and one postpartum Zoom meeting.

    Postpartum Doula Support
    $ 25 /hr
    Includes assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding/formula feeding information and hands-on support, emotional support, light house keeping and meal preparation, assistance with older siblings if needed, overnight infant care and parent support, and access to evidence-based information and resources for the whole family.
    Breastfeeding Support
    $ 50
    In-home visits or virtual support tailored to your specific needs for reaching your breastfeeding goals. I can help with getting a proper latch, breastfeeding positions, common problems and supply questions, and breastfeeding tools and resources such as pumps, nipple shields, support groups, and more.
