Perfect for families who need help navigating the pregnancy & birth process but aren't interested in full Doula support. We will discuss birth expectations & goals, the physiological birth process, laboring & birthing positions, how to use breath, movement & physical touch to bring comfort, & feeding options as well as possible medical interventions.

Includes 4 prenatal & 1 postpartum visit. These sessions will be used to get to know one another & we will work together to determine how your birth team & I can best support you. We will establish your birthing goals, practice breath, positioning & comfort measures, childbirth education & feeding options. You have unlimited access to me by phone/email & at 37 wks, I am on call for you 24/7. I will support you physically & emotionally throughout labor & birth & up to 2 hours after.

I suggest 1 prenatal visit (if possible) to assess your postpartum expectations. These visits are a time to honor & take care of your needs. I offer non-judgmental physical & emotional support for the birthing parent as well as feeding support, baby or older child care so you can rest/shower/eat etc, newborn education (soothing, feeding & sleeping techniques, etc), preparation of simple & nourishing meals, shopping & light housework.
