It is my great honor to accompany birth-givers and their families as they bring babies to the world. I make myself available as an emotional, physical, and informational support to help each family thrive in their birth experience. I listen, observe, and use my intuition to provide deep support that is specific to each family. I strive to empower birthing people to ask for what they want in the birth process, and to help them integrate the changes of plan that sometimes happen along the way. I have been serving families as a birth doula since 2017. I was called to this work after giving birth to my own daughter and experiencing the value of doula support. After my own daughter’s birth, A few dear friends asked me to support their births. I trained as a birth doula and dove into the beautiful world of birth. I have been a bodyworker for the past 10 years and have served people in all stages of life Including pregnancy. I have a background in dance and performance. I am a lifelong student of the human body's capacity to change, integrate, expand, express, give birth, let go, and heal.
