Bryna "B" Knight

    Practice overview

Hello, I'm Bryna (brenna) Knight, I found my passion As a Birth Doula after taking a Bradly Method class to start my journey as a Midwife. My teacher Allison planted the Seed of Birth Doula, she shared that, as a Certified Prenatal - post natal Massage Therapist. I'd be great as a Doula, with my nurturing heart! I looked in to it and fall in Love with what I could provide for families in their New Life chapter! While in living CA I was blessed to have my 1st patient, be my Niece in the birth of her 1st daughter, my Great Niece! And I was hooked, with so much love of seeing new parents grow together in this moment, they created together! I was blessed to be apart of 30 births before my husband and I moved to Colorado an have our Son in 2017, an then our Daughter in 2019!! With in the past 5 year I've helped 5 Mothers Virtually with preparing, answering questions, making Birth Plans an Birth Bag lists! Now that our kids are at an age, I feel I can leave for a time and help families in their new journey. I'm ready to jump in and be there for you an your partner! Because there is "New Life with In"!!

Bryna’s experience and calming nature helped me through 2 of my pregnancies and births. My husband and I were thankful we had her by our side.

      My name is Tracy Mamaradlo,
When I first got pregnant a good friend told me to get a doula. So I did some research and found Bryna. When we met I instantly knew I wanted to use her! Her energy was amazing and was so cheerful and bright. She also was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable around her. She was amazing at checking in with me and seeing how I was feeling at every step. When the time came to head to the hospital, she was right by my side. She helped me work through contractions as we walked the hallways, she slipped me little bits of snacks to help keep my energy up and made sure I had water to drink as well. She helped me talk through wanting an epidural or not. She held my hand through it all and was so supportive of me and my husband. When I got pregnant with our second I made sure to hire her again. When we found out our second was breach, she helped us with trying different ways to get our baby to flip. Our baby didn’t flip and I ended with an emergency c-section, but Bryna was there to support us in any way we needed! She is so caring and knows how to support you in what you need for what ever type of birth you want.
