*3 days of postpartum pampering* Recovery protocol is designed to speed recovery, rejuvenate, and calm. This service focuses on the care and recovery of the mother along with supporting the bond with her baby. - Daily warming tuck in service - Medicinal teas prepared daily - Nourishing, ayurvedic meals prepared daily - Light cleaning including laundry service, kitchen cleaning, and bed turn over - Daily pampering touch (belly binding, scalp or foot massage, hair care, reiki, etc) - Newborn care (while you shower, nap, or just relax) - Belly binding with warm oil massage - Daily doula consults to ask any questions you may have about baby care, feeding, postpartum healing, etc.

As someone who has experienced both heartbreaking and relieving abortions, I understand the complexity of choosing to have one and am here to offer unbiased, experienced support through the process. As an abortion doula, I will meet with you at least 24-48 hours before your procedure to check in and see how you're feeling. We'll talk about what you can expect at the clinic and answer any questions you might have. If you're feeling uneasy about your choice for an elective abortion, we can talk about all your options with zero pressure, just information and support so you can feel comfortable knowing that you made the best choice for yourself.
