I have been a birth doula since 2018. I feel honored every time I am invited into a birth space. I love walking alongside pregnant people on their journey into parenthood. I am available to parents from the time of hire by phone, email, and zoom check in. I provide two prenatal meetings to discuss birth preferences, coping measures, partner support, postpartum planning and more. I am on call for parents at 38 weeks and provide continuous support on the labor day until 1-2 hours after the birth. I provide one in-person postpartum visit to help process the birth and provide resources, and an optional second postpartum visit via zoom.
