    As a trained DTI Full-Spectrum Doula, I offer support to clients in all stages of life as a Reproductive Health, Birth, and Postpartum Doula. I am devoted to providing accessible support for BIPOC, LQBTQIA, adolescent, and disabled clients and my training focuses heavily on cultural humility, reproductive justice, and birthing justice in addition to comprehensive Abortion, Reproductive Health, Birth, and Postpartum Doula education. I am proud to offer support for abortion, loss, fertility, contraception, cycle and hormone awareness, hysterectomy, and overall reproductive health education as areas of specialty.

    Reproductive Health Support
    No matter what phase of reproductive life, everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and believed by their team of providers. As a Reproductive Health Doula, my goal is to create space for clients to truly explore their options by facilitating an environment of open and compassionate communication, in order for clients to feel as confident as possible in the actions taken towards their care. Remote and in-person services available.

    Birth Support
    As a Birth Doula, it is my feeling that all birthing people deserve access to the care and birth environment that most resonates with their desires and needs. Birth Doula services include support in prenatal visits, birth plan development, demystifying birth and labor, resources and support for partners and/or others supporting the birthing person, comfort measures, and of course labor support!

    Postpartum Support
    The time after a baby is born is so special, and is often a time where support for parents can be the most needed. Postpartum Doula services include anything from lactation support and infant care practices and education to providing support around the house so that new parents can enjoy their time with the new baby, rest, or have an opportunity for self care.
