I am a certified Full-Spectrum Doula through Ancient Song Doula Services and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) through Birthday Presence. I'm originally from Nebraska, but moved to New York City after serving in the Peace Corps in West Africa, where I worked on maternal and reproductive health projects in rural villages. I currently provide Doula services primarily in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. I offer consistent support to you and your family before, during, and after birth through visits and regular check-ins, advocacy and pain management during labor, and can provide additional resources or referrals as needed. As a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, I provide basic lactation support immediately after birth and/or during in-home visits.

As a long-time reproductive and birth justice advocate and activist, I came into Doula work wanting to create a positive, confident, and non-judgmental space for women and queer folk in their most intimate and powerful moments.
