HelloBirth Hypnobirthing

HelloBirth is a fun, inclusive, and interactive, 4-week Hypnobirthing (hypnosis for childbirth) education program. Classes are live, in group settings*, once weekly, and average 3 hours in length. Students leave class with the ability to: Feel more relaxed in the moment, Reframe their thinking about birth, Learn proper care for their body, mind, and baby through this journey, and Feel confident in their choices during birth!

June 12, 2023 at 2:38 pm | Client reviewWith this pregnancy I wanted someone who would advocate for me and my needs and that’s just what I received. I was very adamant about having a natural birth and alternative pain control methods. So she introduced me to hypno birthing. I was very skeptical of the process but trusted her because she was very knowledgeable and frankly answered any questions I had. On the day I delivered I labored at home until it was time to go to the hospital. While I still experienced pain because nothing but drugs can really eliminate the pain. And let’s be honest sometimes it doesn’t even work. But I digress while I did feel pain it was managed through all the hypo prep we did. And she was there to help me through every contraction. Within minutes of getting to the hospital I had my new bundle of joy completely naturally without complications. I am really grateful for the support and care I experienced with Doula Belle. I don’t plan on having anymore but I would definitely recommend her a thousand times over.

I had no idea what to expect and Belle was very patient with me, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and educated me and dad on childbirth and postpartum care. I felt at ease when it was time to deliver and once baby arrived Belle was available for the additional support I needed. I don’t think I could have another kid without her

She’s extremely knowledgeable, I’m still using her tips and have shared with others as well. She is caring and validating, which is key. Belle is clear on how she believes that our bodies were meant birth babies but is open to supporting whatever your needs are and your personal journey. Be ready for Belle to advocate for you, while stepping back when the time calls for it. She was resourceful, on time, jovial and a welcome addition to our pregnancy journey and birth story.
