    Care philosophy

I believe all people deserve respect, advocacy, & compassion through the life changing events of pregnancy, birth, & postpartum, regardless of their method or outcome, sexual/gender identities, race, religion, or socioeconomic status. I believe in evidence-based practice, & also that we must be culturally humble, & respectful of traditions that science has disregarded via sexism/racism/xenophobia.
