You should be able to make any choice without judgement. As a doula, I have dedicated myself to learning ways to shorten and ease labor. My doula package includes a complementary chat, one or two prenatal meetings, 24/7 pregnancy support, birth support (no matter when you need me) and, a postpartum visit. Karen is a highly qualified, caring, compassionate and skilled birth doula and I’m proud to call her my colleague. I have often referred many of my Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis students to her for Hypno-doula services and all have reported wonderful experiences. I also on occasion use Karen as a back-up Hypno-doula, as I know my clients would be in excellent hands. Cannot recommend her enough! 🙂

Karen was my doula for both of my children. She was immeasurably helpful both times. Her knowledge of spinning babies saved me from back labor. She is knowledgeable, steady, and just over all amazing.

Karen is exactly the person you need at your side heading into the hospital. All of the noise and directions and confusion when you first arrive can be overwhelming, but Karen will take everything in stride, making sure you have great communication with your medical team while she helps your birth space feel more calm, comfortable and ready to welcome your little love! Karen has supported clients through all kinds of birth plans, making sure you understand your options and helping you feel confident in your decisions. Her grounding love and sincerity make every client feel cared for from the first time you meet her to the minute she leaves you to enjoy your newest family member. Having Karen at your birth makes everything flow more smoothly!
