Cyndi W. | Doula in Sacramento, CA

Cyndi's Doula Service

    Practice overview

I have attended over 1000 births. My goal is to support the "unit" which means the couple. I'm the support of the laboring mom and her coach, and anyone else invited to the process. I had three children myself, one in the hospital and two at home. I participated in the Kaiser Research Project on Doulas in the l990s. I was certified during that study and later became certified with DONA, which I've keep current for 2 decades. My website describes my services, www.cyndidoula.net and for reviews, please see my Yelp profile, https://www.yelp.com/biz/cyndis-doula-service-sacramento-2

I want families to leave their births feeling they had the information they needed to make their best decisions.

    Care philosophy

I started attending births in 1986. My goal was to help families have cherished birth memories Helping a couple understand labor as they navigate those waters was my focus over the years. I care that families feel supported and listened to during a birth. It matters to me that you feel you have a voice in the process.
