I believe women should birth where they feel safe, and with a support team that they feel comfortable with and intimately connected to. I believe our modalities of healing and heath care need to be in alignment with our belief system, to be effective. I respect the inherent shift in all of these functioning parts as we move through and evolve in life and subsequent birthing experiences. Knowing the support we call into one birth may look strikingly different than what we call into the next, or the next. My passion is assisting people in cultivating their unique pregnancy, birth and postpartum plan, rooted in autonomy, given the financial resources available to them. I will provide options, information, resources and emotional support for all pregnancy outcomes.

Maternal health is foundational to humanity's health. Postpartum care is currently a missing piece of well-woman care and is a NECESSITY not a luxury. I am available to support you in this time with a closing ceremony to honor your transition into motherhood. I believe nutrition is fundamental to our health and healing, especially in the postpartum period. I can provide meal planning and preparation, household clean up, lactation support and sibling care so you can focus on snuggling with your baby and partner.
