    Labor Doula Package
    $ 900
    I offer 1 Free Phone Consult and 1 Free Meet-n-Greet prior to signing. My packages start from $700-$1,000 with sliding scale options. I offer 2 Prenatal appointments roughly 2 hours long which go over basic childbirth education, releasing fears around birth, and identifying and practicing coping mechanisms, positions, and comfort measures as well as creating a birth plan. I provide unlimited labor support and stay for 1-2 hours after babies arrival and breastfeeding support. 1 Postpartum visit includes reviewing your birth story, comfort measures, breastfeeding tips, newborn care and an Ayurvedic meal we share together. I include Dropbox access of research, 4 weeks of on-call, unlimited email, text, calls.
