Practice overview
As a postpartum doula, I will support you for the first 12-16 weeks of your journey into postpartum. I will help provide practical care tips to help you trust your own parenting instincts of meeting your baby’s needs:
Bathing
Diapering
Soothing and swaddling
Knowledgeable breastfeeding support
Newborn sleeping techniques
Coping with sleep depravation
General support:
Assistance with light housework and errands
Meal preparation and light cooking
Sibling care
Support for emotional recovery from birth:
Holding non-judgemental space to process your birth with an experienced professional
Helping with adjustment to your new (or continuing) role as a mother
Creating space to honor the entire family unit. Not unlike your newborn, mothers and families undergo an immense transition into life with a new baby. I will help provide compassionate support to you, your family, and your baby.

Caroline is an incredible advocate and the birthing community is so lucky to have her. I am incredibly grateful to have had Caroline on my team as we brought our son, Lawson, into the world.
