Birth Doula Services ($1000 in Estes Park, $1200 in surrounding areas) include consultation (optional), one prenatal visit (establishing goals and preferences, creating a birth plan, reviewing comfort measures and techniques), up to 15 hours of face to face support during labor and delivery (additional hours provided with additional fee), help in the immediate postpartum with initiating breast/chestfeeding or bottlefeeding, and one postpartum one hour check in around day 10 postpartum. I provide support at all births (vaginal, cesarean, medicated, semi-medicated, unmedicated), and specialize in non-judgmental care.

Postpartum Doula Services ($40 per hour) I provide postpartum doula services - care for the birthing person, care for the newborn, care for the family. Shifts may be 4 hours once per week up to 24 hour care as your family adjusts during this very pivotal time. Time spent with the postpartum birthing person to help understand changes that are happening physically and emotionally. Helping with infant feeding, supporting breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding. Sleep support. Help with baby laundry. Shifts may be a check in with conversation about how things are going, what is normal, suggestions for resources if needed - or me listening for your little one so you can manage a shower alone, or take a nap with your partner.

Placenta Encapsulation (300 includes capsules, processing) Placenta Encapsulation takes place in your private home (or a home you designate), and placentas are transported by the client. I use a Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired method, utilizing steaming before drying. I am certified in Food Handling safety and Blood Borne Pathogens safety. I provide all needed materials. Tinctures and prints are optional add-on services.

Childbirth Classes are private and held in your home. The classes are unique in that they are built based on your individual needs. Each class covers a range of materials that you have selected from. Classes can be three - nine hours long. Longer classes may be divided and held in two to three class sessions. Since they are private and held in your home, classes are scheduled to fit your availability.

Birth Pool Rental (includes birth pool - La Bassine, Oasis or Birth Pool in a Box and supplies, and service) The Ultimate Birth Pool rental package includes a birth pool, disposable liner, fishie net, temperature gauge, floor tarp, drinking grade water hose and faucet adapter, and air pump. It also includes the service of having the pool dropped off at your home, and after baby arrives - we drain, sanitize and pick up the pool. --For anyone wanting a pool only, the Basics Birth Pool rental package includes the birth pool, liner, temperature gauge, floor tarp and air pump. The client picks up the pool, drains-sanitizes-dries and repackages the pool and returns the pool/pump/tote to the agency.
