As a Wholistic Childbirth Consultant, I offer holistic, fertility planning, antenatal herbal consultation, childbirth education, nutritional/breastfeeding guidance as well as birth and postpartum support. Antenatal, Birth and Postpartum packages may include but are not limited to; prenatal visits, on-call support for questions and concerns, monthly email updates, hands-on birth support, and postpartum visits. Childbirth is a transformative event where pregnant women have access to altered states of consciousness that allow them to have an expanded perspective of life and of themselves. This culminates in the birthing process. Realizing that many women desire to be witnessed, rather than managed, in this extraordinary experience. By putting a different spin on what it really means to support and witness a woman and we explore what it means to nurture a mom during her childbearing years.

She held space for me and supported me at my birth to a degree that surprised even my very well seasoned midwife. Her support was irreplaceable – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
