Practice overview
As a birth doula, postpartum doula and infant massage teacher, I work with families in the Los Angeles area to provide non-judgemental support during birth, adoption, and the postpartum period. I strive to be a calm presence in your life and offer physical, emotional, nurturing and evidenced-based support during your journey into parenthood. It is my passion to provide a safe space for my clients to have an empowered birth and postpartum experience and trust what is best for their body. As a queer person, I'm dedicated to providing inclusive care that supports all identities and family structures. I completed my postpartum doula training in 2013 after working as a nanny for several years. After supporting families as a postpartum doula I was inspired to complete my birth doula training. I feel honored to hold space during such a transformative time and I look forward to supporting you on your journey. I grew up on the East Coast but I have called California home for the past seven years. Besides being a doula, I enjoy cooking, hiking, drinking tea, vintage thrifting, arts & crafts and spending time with my partner and cat.
