Practice overview

I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor. I'm also a native New Yorker, a lover of travel, an actress, and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. My mom was a doula, childbirth educator, and acupuncturist and my dad was a physician, so I grew up with a pretty balanced perspective on holistic vs. medical approaches, and I'm committed to supporting whichever path you take. I have no judgment or agenda for your birth or your parenting style - my job is to support you in your choices and to assist and celebrate you in achieving your goals. The process of becoming a parent (or becoming a parent again!) is a beautiful, amazing, messy, hilarious, humbling thing to bear witness to, and I feel so lucky to get to help people navigate that journey. I care deeply about this work, and I believe in you.
